Two Promises We Stake The Platform On

THIS IS NOT GIG WORK.
IT'S YOUR COMMUTE, WITH RULES.

QuickLyft is not a side hustle and it is not a foreign rideshare app. It is your existing commute, monetised — under two promises we don't bend.

Promise One

Zero Detour Guarantee

Trips only get matched to your existing route. The system rejects any pairing that would add distance, time, or fuel to your commute. No detours. No surprise pickups. No "just five minutes off your way."

Enforced by the matcher, not by goodwill. If it adds distance, the trip never reaches you.
Promise Two

5-Minute Rule — Your Time, Respected

If a passenger isn't at the pickup point five minutes after the scheduled time, you can drive on. The system does not penalise you. Their forfeited fare goes to you — because your time has value, and the platform enforces that.

No-show payment routes to your MoMo automatically. No appeal. No paperwork.
Effortless extra income, not a second job. The promises above are why drivers can run QuickLyft alongside their actual work without it ever feeling like one.
Accra traffic — empty seats in private cars
The Argument

THE FUEL IS ALREADY BURNING.
THE SEATS ARE ALREADY EMPTY.

Tema → Ridge. Adenta → 37 Military. Suame → KNUST. Every weekday, thousands of Ghanaians make the same drive at the same hour with three seats sitting empty — fuel already paid for, time already spent.

QuickLyft isn't a side hustle and it isn't gig work — it's your existing commute, monetised. Same route, same hour, same car, with neighbours headed where you're already going at a fare locked in before the trip starts. No detours. No surge games. No foreign app pocketing a quarter of every fare.

What you keep depends on three honest inputs you control: how long your corridor runs, how well you keep your car, and how reliably the seats fill. Real drivers in this slate land between GH₵440 and GH₵4,136 a month — pick the example that looks like you.

How It Works

THREE STEPS.
THEN YOU EARN.

Verify once, list your corridor, earn on every ride you complete. Below is the step-by-step plus the typical 24–48 hour approval timeline.

01 Step 01 of 03

Get Verified

Submit your Ghana Card and vehicle details. A QuickLyft agent contacts you to schedule your safety inspection at one of our centres. Ghana Card verified, tier assigned.

Driver app: Ghana Card verification
02 Step 02 of 03

List Your Trip

Post your existing route, seats, and departure time. Passengers meet you at fixed stops already on your road.

Run one-time or recurring schedules. Recurring trips can build a steady base of repeat riders.

03 Step 03 of 03

Drive & Earn

Payments are cashless and released to your MoMo wallet after each completed trip. You drive, complete the ride, and receive payout.

YOUR CAR.
YOUR ROUTE.
YOUR CALL.

The #1 question from drivers is: will I lose control of my car, my time, or my route? The answer is no. Here is exactly how the platform protects your control.

Your passengers Your schedule Your route
01

You Choose Your Passengers

View every passenger's verified profile, Ghana Card status, and trip rating before accepting their booking. If you don't want to accept, you don't have to — and declining a specific booking does not affect your driver standing. You are always in control of who gets into your car.

02

Your Schedule Is Yours

You set the departure time, the days of operation, and the number of seats. Nobody tells you when to drive. If your plans change, you control your listing. You can pause, modify, or close your route at any time from the driver app.

Vehicle Tiers

A BETTER-KEPT CAR
EARNS MORE ON THE SAME ROUTE.

Your tier is set by your vehicle's quality grade at inspection. Same corridor, same kilometres, but a Comfort or Premium car commands a higher per-seat fare than a Basic one — so the condition of your vehicle is the cleanest lever you have on monthly take-home.

Basic

Reliable. Verified. Ready to roll.

A clean, well-functioning saloon that meets every safety check at the inspection centre. Solid choice for high-volume commuter corridors where consistency matters more than extras.

  • Clears the full safety floor — brakes, tyres, lights, AC, seatbelts
  • Tidy, odour-free interior at every booking
  • Standard per-seat fare on platform-set corridors
Earning leverKeep it clean & well-maintained → move up to Comfort
Premium

Top-grade vehicle. Top-grade fare.

The highest quality grade on the platform. Spacious, immaculate, well-serviced cars that drivers genuinely take pride in. Built for professionals who already treat their vehicle like a business asset — and want the per-seat fare to match.

  • Highest quality grade on the platform
  • Pristine interior, recent service history, attentive presentation
  • Highest per-seat fare on commuter and intercity corridors
Earning leverHold the standard every week → stay Premium long-term
Driver Protection

BOTH SIDES
VERIFIED.

Driver protection starts before pickup. You know exactly who is getting into your car before they do.

Every passenger goes through Ghana Card verification before making their first booking. You see their verified name, rating, and trip history before you accept. You are never flying blind.

The MoMo escrow model means you never argue about payment. Funds are held before the trip begins and released to you the moment arrival is confirmed. No cash. No disputes. No chasing.

The 5-Minute Rule is named in writing: if a passenger is a no-show after five minutes, you drive on, their fare forfeits to you, and the platform records it — not penalises it. Your time has value. The platform enforces that.

Riders Are Ghana Card Verified Before any rider makes a booking, their national ID is verified. No anonymous passengers.
Two-Way Rating System You rate passengers. Passengers rate you. Ratings are visible to both parties before acceptance.
MoMo Escrow — You're Never Chasing Cash Payment is secured before the trip. Released to your MoMo on confirmed arrival. Always.
The 5-Minute Rule — You Don't Wait Forever Five minutes after pickup time, you're free to drive on. The no-show fare forfeits to you, paid out automatically. Read the promise →

When listing a trip, you choose the schedule type. A one-time schedule is a single trip on a specific date — useful if your commute varies or you want to test the platform before committing. A recurring schedule repeats on the days you select (e.g. Monday to Friday every week) and stays live until you pause or remove it. Recurring schedules are more valuable because riders can subscribe to your route for 2 weeks or a month — confirmed passengers without rebooking. The more consistent your schedule, the more subscriber income you generate.
No. QuickLyft is designed for private car owners making their existing daily commute. A standard Ghana driving licence is sufficient. You do not need a commercial, Hackney, or special transport licence. Verify current local regulations independently before driving.
A trained QuickLyft agent inspects your vehicle at one of our centres. We check mechanical safety (brakes, tyres, lights, engine), interior cleanliness and condition, roadworthiness documentation, and valid licence and insurance. Cars older than 20 years are not accepted. Anything safety-critical that fails has to be fixed and re-inspected before you can take passengers. Once you pass, your tier — Basic, Comfort, or Premium — is assigned by your overall quality grade. Higher grade, higher per-seat fare on the same route.
Yes. Before a booking is confirmed, you see the passenger's verified profile, Ghana Card status, and rating. You can decline any booking. Declining specific bookings does not penalise your driver standing — only consistent overall cancellations affect your rating.
If a passenger fails to show within the departure window, their payment is forfeited to you. The funds held in escrow are released to your MoMo. Your time has value and the platform enforces this — you are never left waiting without compensation.
Your earnings are released to your MoMo wallet after a trip is confirmed complete, usually within minutes. There is no weekly payout cycle or minimum threshold.
