You pay by Mobile Money when you book. The fare is held in MoMo escrow — not released to the driver — until your trip is confirmed complete. If the trip does not happen, the amount is refunded according to policy. The driver does not see or touch your money.
If the driver no-shows or cancels after the booking is confirmed, your fare is refunded in full and the driver's rating is impacted. You also get priority rebooking on the next departure on the same corridor. The platform tracks driver reliability tightly because riders depend on scheduled rides.
Yes. Women-Optional mode is a filter you can switch on at booking — it shows you only verified female drivers on your corridor. It is available from day one. Female drivers are still Ghana Card verified and physically inspected like every other driver, just additionally flagged for this filter.
Yes — that is how the seat price stays low. Every co-rider is registered with name and phone number on the platform, and every driver is Ghana Card verified, physically inspected, and held to a minimum rating threshold. The car runs on a fixed published route with zero detours, live GPS, and an SOS button visible the whole way. You can see the driver and other riders before you confirm.
There is a short grace window at the pickup stop, after which the driver is allowed to depart — this is the 5-Minute Rule that protects driver schedules and the riders already on board. If you no-show, your fare is forfeited. To avoid this, cancel within the allowed cancellation window before departure; the policy timing is shown in the app at booking.
Yes — subscriptions let you lock the same seat on the same corridor for 2-week or monthly cycles, with the seat reserved automatically each day. You skip the daily rebook step and you typically pay less per trip than booking one-by-one. Pause or cancel anytime from your bookings screen.
